New Horizon Home Health is a Medicare-certified agency based in Mesquite. We send licensed nurses, therapists, social workers, and aides into homes across North Texas so recovery can happen in a familiar place, with people who already know the family.
What we believe
Home is where people sleep, eat, and recover best, if the clinical work is done carefully. Our job is to bring hospital-grade skill to that setting without turning the house into a ward.
We do not promise numbers we cannot stand behind. We do not list clinicians who are not on the team. We will tell a family when home health is not the right fit.
The office answers M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for referrals, questions, and records. After hours, patients already on service can reach the on-call nurse.

Your provider stays involved
Care starts with an order from your doctor or other qualifying provider. We send updates as you improve, or if something changes, so the plan stays theirs.
